Alfardan's business activities have been diversifying since the beginning of the 1970's and over a period of time went into ventures such as, Exchange, Real Estate, Investment, Automotive and major industrial projects.

To consolidate the subsidiaries and associate companies and manage the diverse investments, Alfardan Group was established as group holding company in 1990.

The brain-child of Mr. Omar Alfardan, who is the President, the holding company also provides support functions, such as Personnel, IT and Finance for the other companies in the Group
